Variety Gifts Unlimited

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This policy explains how Variety Gifts Unlimited ("we", "our", or "us") handles information for our website, shop, and the Arena 2006 iPhone campaign.

Arena 2006 on iPhone

This section describes the Arena 2006 iPhone campaign's purchase and rewarded-ad features. It does not describe the separate Windows and Linux desktop clients or purchases from our website shop.

No player account or game login is required. The game uses Apple for in-app payments, RevenueCat to check premium access, and Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. These services process information even though you do not create a game account.

Purchases and premium access

Apple processes payments for the one-time premium unlock. We do not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat receives purchase history and transaction or receipt information to validate purchases, restore access, prevent purchase fraud, and provide purchase analytics.

RevenueCat assigns an anonymous App User ID to the app installation. "Anonymous" means the game does not supply your name, email address, a custom account ID, or other contact attributes to RevenueCat; the identifier still lets the service associate activity and purchases with an app user. RevenueCat also processes technical information such as device and operating-system details, app/SDK version, locale, and currency.

Permanent premium access is checked through RevenueCat's purchase status, including its local cache. It is not determined by your campaign save. Use Restore Purchases in Campaign Settings or on the premium access screen with the Apple account used for the purchase.

Rewarded ads and ad measurement

You can choose to watch a rewarded ad for one attempt at a selected premium mission if you do not own the premium unlock. Google Mobile Ads may process:

  • Your IP address and an approximate location inferred from it.
  • App- or developer-scoped device identifiers, together with device and app information.
  • Ads requested or viewed, video views, taps, and other interactions.
  • Crash reports, performance information, and other diagnostics.

Google uses this information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving its services. Information may be shared with advertising partners as part of serving and measuring ads, subject to applicable privacy choices.

The RevenueCat AdMob integration also sends RevenueCat events for ad loads, impressions, clicks, load failures, and ad revenue. These can include ad-unit, placement, network and impression identifiers, event times, errors, and revenue amount/currency, associated with the anonymous App User ID. We use this reporting to understand ad performance and revenue.

Rewarded ads are requested and loaded only after you choose Watch ad, and only if Google's consent system allows ad requests. Buying the premium unlock means no ads are required to play those missions; it does not disable all SDK network activity or data processing.

Consent and privacy choices

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks whether a privacy message is required and handles consent choices. It may process approximate location, performance data, and interactions with privacy messages to provide that functionality. Ad requests are gated on UMP reporting that ads may be requested.

When UMP requires a privacy-options entry, Ad privacy is available in Campaign Settings so you can revisit the available choices. The message and options depend on your region and the consent requirements that apply. You can also decline to watch rewarded ads.

The app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization for Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). This does not mean that no information is collected: the purchase, advertising, diagnostic, and network information described here can still be processed.

Local saves and rewarded passes

Campaign progress, game settings, and an earned rewarded-attempt pass are stored locally on your device. The game's purchase and ad bridge does not upload those save files to RevenueCat or Google. They are separate from the purchase records used to restore premium access.

One unspent rewarded pass is saved for the selected mission and can survive an app restart. It becomes active when that mission starts and is consumed when the mission unloads. Checkpoint recovery and self-revival remain within that attempt. A failed load or crash does not spend another pass.

Removing the app's local data can remove these saves and passes. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete transaction or service records held by Apple, RevenueCat, or Google. Device backups are controlled through your Apple device and backup settings.

Network connections and service providers

Connecting to purchase, advertising, and consent services sends network information, including your IP address, to the receiving service. These services process the information described above to operate their features. If you open a website or advertiser link from the game, that destination's privacy practices also apply.

Website, shop, and other website services

This section covers variety.gifts, our shop, and the interactive features offered on the website. The iPhone-specific providers and local saves described above apply to the Arena 2006 iPhone campaign.

Information you provide

When you place a shop order, you provide contact, shipping, and payment information for checkout and fulfillment. When you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you send. You may also provide content when using interactive website features or an email address when subscribing to updates where offered.

How website information is used and shared

We use this information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and updates, answer support requests, operate and improve our website services, and meet legal requirements. Service providers help us with payments, fulfillment, hosting, and communications. The shop uses Stripe checkout; the website contact form sends your submitted details through Web3Forms. Our website also uses Vercel Analytics to help us understand site usage.

We share information with the service providers involved in delivering the relevant feature and with authorities when legally required. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Security and your choices

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. You can opt out of promotional emails and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of the website or shop.

Contact and privacy requests

For Arena 2006 support, questions about this policy, or requests concerning your information, email varietygiftsunlimited@gmail.com or use our support page.

Tell us which service your request concerns. We may need additional information to locate the relevant records, especially because the iPhone game does not use named player accounts. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Privacy rights and any limits on a request depend on applicable law and the records involved. The game has no player-account deletion screen. Contact us for help with a data request; deleting local saves or restoring a purchase is not a request to delete records held by service providers.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the revised policy here with an updated date.
